Rock Vavle
Rock vavle with reinforced axial bearing of the slewing shaft and additional slewing cylinder for valve switchover, designed for exceptionally tough usage. Extension units can be added to the feeding hopper (shown here without rubber border) to customer specifications. Transport lifting eyes are welded to the top of the support structure and integrated into the housing

The heart of the concrete pump is the Rock valve, patented in almost all industrialized countries and offering exemplary pumping characteristics, wearing properties and operational safety.

Control Block
The concrete pump assembly is safely housed between the sturdy longitudinal girders of the welded base frame. Yet the control block is readily accessible (e.g. for reconnection to rod side or piston side).

Power
Heavy-duty Deutz diesel engine with 190 kW at 2300 rpm. Even with the housing cover closed, plenty of cooling air can flow through the generously dimensioned airvents.

Gear Box for Agitator Motor
When everything else is getting stronger, the agitator has to follow suit. The high torque of the agitator drive rotates the agitator paddles untiringly, even with very coarse concrete.

Hydraulics
Hydrostatic concrete pump drive with twinpumps (Hydromatik variable displacement axial-piston units) with power control and output adjustment. Separate hydraulic cooling circuit with hydraulically driven oil cooler.

The SP 3000 Schwing Concrete Pump is a device manufactured to meet medium and large works in the toughest working conditions. These classes of concrete pumps are ideal for pumping in large vertical or horizontal distances and has a large number of benefits known for reliability and quality.

These pumps are equipped with variable flow hydraulic pumps that eliminate the risk of overloading the drive motor. The variable hydraulic flow optimizes the distribution of the oil volume and pressure, or concrete pump automatically adapts to different requirements or pumping difficulties. The twin hydraulic circuit and soft switching system combined with the open command block "hi -flow”, means low heating hydraulic oil with almost no loss of power and the conservation of hydraulic components.

In the interval between the pumping work, the hydraulic main operates without pressure, returning the oil without pressure to the reservoir assisting the heat exchange system. Schwing equipment, does not work with feed pump continues, because this system will lose drive power increasing its fuel consumption.
